- ‘Authorised Agent’ – definition
An Authorised Agent is one that has signed a valid, in-date collaboration agreement with Sotogrande S.A. in relation to its project, Village Verde, and one that has been given password access to the Agents Area of the website www.villageverdesotogrande.com and that has also read and accepted these terms and conditions of our Authorised Use Policy.
- Descriptions/Images – Authorised Use
GENERAL
a. Only Authorised Agents are allowed to market and promote the Village Verde Sotogrande project.
PORTALS
b.. Sotogrande S.A. and Village Verde are the only entities authorised to publish the Village Verde information (in the form of development name, images, descriptions, plans or prices) on the various property portals, such as (but not limited to) Idealista, Kyero, RightMove etc.
WEBSITES
c. Only Authorised Agents are allowed to publish such information about Village Verde on their own corporate websites.
d. Information about the Village Verde project, such as descriptions, prices, availability and terms, should be kept up-to-date at all times on Authorised Agents´ websites and marketing materials.
MLS SYSTEMS/AGENTS SHARED DATABASES
d. If uploading details of Village Verde to MLS systems such as (but not limited to) Resales Online, Milenio Plus and Inmoba, agents must not share this information with any other agent or entity. Authorised Agents should ensure that the information appears only on their own corporate websites, and not be shared on the websites of any other agents or portal.
e. The abuse of any of these terms amount to a breach of the agent collaboration agreement and may lead to revocation and cancellation of the agreement with immediate effect.
