Village Verde – Meet our architects

L35 – Village Verde’s world-leading architects

When it came to designing Sotogrande’s latest exclusive apartment development there were many factors to consider. Sotogrande has been growing steadily since its inception in 1962 making it the largest private community in Spain while gaining a reputation for ambitious, innovative projects and developments. Thus, it was imperative that the new development complemented the enviable lifestyle of exclusivity and quality.

Village Verde lies in the verdant parkland of La Reserva Club, a 650 hectare site that is studded with the indigenous cork-oak trees that are typical of this part of Andalucía. With a brief to design a luxury apartment project that was eco-friendly, as well as having a real sense of community and ensuring the natural beauty of the area was preserved, the developer commissioned award-winning L35 as architect.
